Amenities This
vacation rental is absolutely beautiful! It is modern
construction, with plush carpets, nice furniture, lots
of space, two large bathrooms, and some beautiful
grounds. Here's a partial list of the amenities that
come with it.

refrigerator, and kitchen utensils (Hawaii building
code limits the amount of amenities allowed in a
kitchenette, and we've done everything allowed.)

large showers. The master bath has a large vanity
area.

access -- Gated entries throughout, included
gates between the road the the property and the
beach and the property.

outdoor patio -- protected from the sometimes
strong ocean breezes, so it's perfect for evening
times.

ocean breeze in the upstairs -- the difference
between a direct ocean breeze and a breeze just
across the street is surprisingly significant! The
direct breeze makes it pleasant to have open windows
and doors year round.

Conditioning (downstairs only) -- Air
conditioning isn't usually used in local homes in
Hawaii, but it's there if you want it.

Phone (local calls only) -- Suitable for people
contacting you directly, making outgoing calling
card calls, or for computer modems (with your own
local access number).

Area (shared) -- Access to the main house
washer/dryer faciilities adjacent to the downstairs

amazing hau tree just off the downstairs room
